Lockdown look Like?
2021.

Digital illustration

Observational art exhibiting a digital depiction of a typical life in lockdown. Using illustration to show what trends and habits were displayed on social media from the beginning of March 2020, my work depicts how a typical social media feed looked during this period.

Charlotte Hill is an artist that works with a range of different media, including, photography, illustration, and other digital processes. Based in the East Midlands across Derby, Nottingham and Lincoln exhibiting and showcasing work professionally on the BA Fine Art degree course 2018-2021. 

 

Most current work includes digital illustration exploring the themes of how individuals have responded to the COVID-19 outbreak and being in a nationwide lockdown. Whilst being interactive, This work reflects current social situations and the natural behaviours that people have exhibited throughout the past year.  

Over the last three years studying at the University of Lincoln, has has work with various methods of creating work. This ranges from more traditional artwork such as sculpture and painting, to digital mediums; photography, video and illustration. She will continue working with different media and exploring new ways of making work, whist continuing to develop her skills in digital illustration.
