Sandra Strug is an artist who works with various media creating art inspired by environmental issues that have a global impact on the planet in the 21st century. Her art offers a new and unique outlook on the manufacturing process and explores the capitalist economic system. All to portray the selfishness of industries that are avoiding catastrophic climate change for profit. Her most recent work has been investigating the meat industry and exploring the link between human and animal life.

Using both video and photography, her work is inspired by the common technique and style used in advertising. The work points to the money-oriented society and its association with climate change. Concerned by the material culture, she explores the impact of consumption and production. Born in Poland, she is currently doing her BA (Hons) in Fine Art at the University of Lincoln.
